Polyester Inks

Polyester Inks are used to print self treated polyester films of different microns thickness. These Inks are specially formulated with Vinyle based resin system which gives very good adhesion properties on the substrates. To maintain the viscosity of the Ink in workshop floor it is suggested to use specially formulated ester / Ketone solvent as a retairdor. Polyester Inks are used by Gravure Printing technology. This Ink is reversely printed on pet surface and than it is been laminated by LD Films (multilayer) to form pouch for packing. This packing is now a days very familiar and are very attractive and durable.

Poly Flex Ink Toluene Base

These Inks are Toluene Base Inks and are applicable for surface printing on the substrate, PP / LD / LDPE /LLDPE / HMPE / HM. The printing surface should be corona treated minimum up to 38 dyne for better adhesion. These Inks are used by gravure Printing Technology. These are the fast dry Inks are mainly used for different packaging material specially suggest for quantity jobs such as dairy product, milk pouches, washing powder bags, salt bags etc.

Flexo Printing Inks

A necessary property of Flexo Graphic Ink on the press is that it be a free flowing liquid and that it should remain in the state until deposited on the substrate. Flexo Graphic Inks are used by Flexo Printing machine and are alcohol base Inks. These Inks are comparatively slow dry with Poly Flex Gravure Inks. These Inks give good adhesion to the corona treated substrate like PP/LD/LLDPE/HM etc. These Inks are offered for surface printing on the above mentioned substrate. Flexo Graphic Inks can be further classified into categories mentioned hereafter:-

General Poly Flex Inks
Recommended for general applications like textile packaging, printing of shopping bags, and other applications where no edible items are used and no particular resistance properties are needed. This kind of inks posses excellent binding capacity and high gloss property.

Alkali Resistant Poly Inks
Used for printing on packaging material used for detergent based items normally containing high alkali component. General inks do not have this property.

Deep Freezing Poly Flex Inks
Used for printing on packaging material that is used for items to be stored through Deep Freezing Method, such as ice Candies, Mineral Water, Milk and milk products, etc.

Oil Resistant Poly Flex Inks
Used for printing on packaging material that is used for packing oil food products. Direct contact of oil may weaken the strength of adhesion of inks to its substrate; hence, we recommend the usage of oil (Fatty Acid) Resistant Poly Flex Inks for better oil resistance.

Two Pack Inks
Used for applications where an extra binding or adhesion of ink is required on substrates. Two pack inks are served in two packs i.e. ink in one part and hardener in the second part. So while printing the job. Hardener is to be added to inks. This inks are also recommended for highly alkali resistances and soap wrappers.

Heat Resistant Poly Flex Inks
Used for those applications where sealing strokes are being implemented on printed part of packaging material. As heat strikes lighten up the shade of ink and in some cases can give up binding, these type of inks are suggested where extra heat resistance is required.

High Light Fastness Poly Flex Pack Inks
Used for those applications where packages of items are in direct contact with sunlight for a long time. Which may in turn lighten up the shade? High Light Fastness Poly Flex Inks are therefore suggested for such applications.

BOPP Inks

Besides Polyester, there are so many items which are packed using BOPP, such as socks, readymade garments, sarees, and other textile items. BOPP is also used in chocolate wrapping, greeting cards, and in combination of paper/boards after lamination. So far there are no other resistant properties that are required and are available with normal properties only. BOPP inks are meant for Gravure Printing Technology and use a toluene base. These inks are heat resistant.
